After arriving in the US in the early 1900’s, Walter Vail purchased 87,500 acres in the beautiful city of Temecula California. It was used as a cattle ranch for many years. After many years of productivity for Vail Ranc, it was sold to Kaiser Development company with a goal to develop the Temecula Valley. Although the land was changed forever, the name Vail Ranch stayed the same.
Vail Ranch is located on the South East side of Temecula. The community is beautifully kept and is a compilation of many different developments- Advantage, California Reflections, California Legacy, New Visions, and the gated neighborhood of Vail Creek. Builders of these great developments included Shannon Communities, Continental, K&B Homes, Vandaele, and Centex. You can find any type of home you are looking for whether your family is large or small.
Vail Ranch is known for it’s prime location, with shopping, parks, excellent schools and freeway enterance just down the road. Everyone in the Vail Ranch community is thankful to call it home.
